Learn to make one of Sardinia's most beloved pastas by hand, sip exceptional local wines, and gather around the table for a delicious farm-to-table meal in the countryside. Think less cooking class, more long lunch with new friends. ✨ What Makes This Experience Special? 🍝 Learn to Make Traditional Sardinian Pasta Roll up your sleeves and learn the secrets to master 1 Sardinian pasta- like gnocchetti sardi or Ravioli Dolci. Using techniques passed down through generations, you'll discover how flour, water, and a little patience can become something extraordinary. 🍇 Wine, History & Indigenous Grapes Enjoy a guided tasting led by a certified sommelier (that's me!) and discover Sardinia's unique native grape varieties. Taste two carefully selected Sardinian wines paired with local delicacies while learning the fundamentals of wine appreciation in a fun and approachable way. I promise. 🏡 A Taste of Authentic Sardinia This is more than a cooking class- it's a glimpse into authentic Sardinian life. Wander through the organic gardens, olive groves, and fruit orchards, and meet our famous mushroom-shaped granite rock. Cancellation Policy

To allow other participants the chance to book, please cancel at least 24 hours before scheduled event. Please note, Healiday Cooking Classes need to be booked a minimum of 2 days in advance. If you have a last minute request for the cooking class, please email us, or send a message with Whatsapp, as we may be able to accomodate you. If it's less than 2 days prior, please not pay without speaking with us first. All deposits are non-refundable, but you can use your credit on another experience.
