Deluxe Pasta Class &
Wine Tasting

Half- Day Retreat

At our Deluxe Wine & Pasta class, you'll participate in a hands-on cooking class where you learn to make two of the most important Gallurese Pastas-

Gnocchetti Sardi (aka Chjusoni) , Ravioli Dolci, Lorighittas, or Maltagliati,

using traditional recipes

passed down from generations,

and taught by a local Nonna.

After mastering your pasta-making skills, you'll get to enjoy a guided wine tasting by a Master Sommelier,

where you will enjoy two Sommelier Selected

Sardinian wines

along with

local Specialties.

This is not your traditional wine tasting- but a fun approach to learning about (and enjoying) wines.

The experience culminates with a delicious

3-course lunch

created from your own pasta,

vegetables from our organic garden, and a homemade dessert from Nonna.

Reserve your spot now and treat yourself to a one-of-a-kind culinary journey, and make your

holiday in Sardinia unforgettable.

Cooking & Painting

Half- Day Retreat

Enjoy a relaxed, hands-on day blending pasta-making with painting, in the Gallura countryside.

Start with a cooking class alongside a local nonna, where you'll learn to make two raditional Sardinian pastas.  Once the pasta is made, shift to painting outdoors- we will set up in the garden or on the terrace, and you can create your own canvas inspired by the colors and light of Sardinia.

Lunch follows with a three-course meal featuring the pasta you made, plus a starter from the garden and a homemade Sardinian dessert.
